I purchased a brand new home at Creek View 55+ Community back in October of 2024. I wanted to give it some time to both live in it and get used to all the new appliances as well as to get a feel for the community before providing an honest assessment and review. Now some 6 months later I can honestly say what a wonderful home and neighborhood this truly is. Everything about the home and the quality of the build is top notch. The floors, carpeting, the walls, trim, windows, etc all high level craftsmanship. Since I was local and ask a lot of questions I got a chance to meet many of the contractors who put it all together and every one of these guys have been doing their particular line of work for decades - and it shows. The President and developer clearly had a vision before this community all came together and he hired the best and most experienced contractors in the area and an excellent onsite manager Linda to see it through. Linda knows all about these homes inside and out plus she knows about the natural environment and the interesting creatures who live there. Both were always available to me to iron out any and issues and answered all my questions promptly. One HUGE bonus living here is the beautiful environment that’s on the perimeter of the development. There’s a clear view of the mountain range and a natural wooded area with a wide trail for walking and wide enough to accommodate a golf cart. This path - approximately a mile long, runs parallel to a large stream where you will find benches, wind chimes and painted rocks provided by the residents. Besides a chorus of birds singing in this wooded area, this is a great place for fishing as well. Creekview 55+ Community is a very peaceful quiet and tranquil neighborhood, and I checked out numerous communities before committing here - but none even compare to this special place I now call home!

Hi Wayne! I wanted to get in touch with you to let you know how very pleased Gary and I are with everything and everybody!

From the very start with meeting Ginny and coming up to Pine Grove for the open house, to meeting you and Shannon… we have been made to feel very special. You made both of us feel like we were part of your family.

With the construction people to the all of the Neidlingers, everyone has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We even met the drywallers and they were just as accommodating and friendly as everyone else.

I just can't say enough about everyone. I love the house and I am so very glad that I decided on that one..I am counting the days until we can move in! Your people here can really kick butt with the construction and the quality is great!

Please feel free to use our home to show to people... we are very proud of it! We would also like to be part of your working family at some time also. I believe that it would be our pleasure to work for you.

Anyhow, I won't take up more of your time… BUT this was one of our better experiences in our life and we would do it again with you if we would ever move again!
