One Year Limited Warranty

Pine Grove Manufactured Homes provides a one year limited warranty for every home they build. This warranty commences with the date of delivery to the retailer and guarantees that the home is free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty excludes appliances and building materials that carry separate warranties from other manufacturers (ie. furnace, water heater, shingles, stove, refrigerator).

Pine Grove Manufactured Homes does not provide a warranty for any work completed by the retailer, installer, or any person or persons who perform unauthorized repairs to the home. Homes subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident will be excluded from the warranty.
