Creek View 55+ Community is one of central Pennsylvania’s leading and most exciting adult land-lease communities. Set in the picturesque Cumberland Valley countryside, Creek View is the brainchild of the Neidlinger family, longtime residents of the Carlisle area. Larry Neidlinger, a professional surveyor, engineer, and excavator by trade, along with his wife, Mary Jo, and their three sons, conceived of a place where folks from similar backgrounds and ages would enjoy their active adult years in a convenient, hassle-free lifestyle. Larry and his family personally handled the entire process of designing the community and obtaining all of the necessary regulatory approvals.

Several years later, the first phase of the construction is totally complete and all of the homes are placed and sold.  Phase II has also been built as is nearly half built-out with many residents enjoying a great life there.
